The annual Owakpamni Wacipi is a traditional powwow held in early July. It takes place at the powwow grounds at Greenwood (southwest of Wagner, near the Missouri River). A schedule can be found on Facebook. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.SEE SCHEDULE
