Lewis and Clark Recreation Area

Lewis and Clark Lake, near Yankton, is one of the state park system's most popular resort parks. Three separate campgrounds comprise this modern recreation area, attracting visitors from throughout the Midwest. Modern resort facilities - from marinas to camping cabins to sandy beaches - attract water lovers to Lewis and Clark.

Lewis and Clark Resort and Marina are privately operated under agreement with Division of Parks and Recreation. Amenities include: motel, cabins, swimming pool, floating fuel dock, slip and boat rentals, and restaurant.

Hours of Operation

Open: Year-round. Between Oct. 1 and April 30, showers, flush toilets and other water systems may be closed. Please contact the park directly for current status. Vault toilets usually remain open.

Daily: $8 per vehicle
    Annual: $36 first vehicle | $18 second vehicle (with coupon) | $80 transferable license
