Lodging and Cultural Activities

Upon arrival you can request to participate in any of our activities. Activities are not included in the price of the lodging.

Tipi Lodging

18 ft canvas Tipi’s.

​We have extra-large and regular size brand name cots, air mattresses and sleeping mats available for campers as well as army sleeping bags, in case they did not bring their own. Each lodge houses up to 8 people (depending on whether they use cots/mattresses etc).

Tent Site

Pitch your tent in the beauty of the homelands of the Sicangu Lakota people on the prairies of South Dakota. Get some respite far from cities and enjoy this beautiful slice of the Grandmother Earth. Bookings also support our non-profit, Lakota Youth Development.

Are you more into glamping but still want to enjoy the serenity of Grandmother Earth? We have the perfect place for you. Our site is close to both the Niobrara and Missouri Rivers on Sicangu Lakota Land.
